The location is high above the town of Bar, with super views over the town and great views of the coast as well as the surrounding mountains. There are no neighbors around the property just some grazing land with a boulder shed and some oak and other trees.

Our rating: A great location with a great view if someone wants to live more secluded without direct neighbors. As with most well-situated properties, there is no urbanistic plan from the cadastre that was not thought of at the time. So that means you build and if you want it, you do a subsequent legalization. However, it is not in a protected zone which allows you to build.
