Keystone Morinj is situated inside the Risan gulf that is part of the Bay of Kotor. Morinj is a small but comfortable resort with its own infrastructure. There are no big and crowded hotels . The beach in Morinj is sand and pebble.
The building has a total area of 590 m 2 plus external grounds of 700 m 2 and consists of 9 apartments ; the floor area of each apartment is 148 m 2 . There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/dining area in each apartment .
Every apartment has a terrace with a sea view and on old town Perast.
There are 9 apartments in total, 8 are in the main building with a main entrance lobby and the 9 th has its own entrance . All of the apartments are equipped with kitchens with built -in appliances .
Each living area is equipped with a working fireplace, an air conditioning system, tv and internet.
Within the hotel grounds there is a big swimming pool that is warmed by the solar panels that allow year-round use.
Keystone Morinj was built at the foot of the mountain 5 years ago. The building has all the governmental building requirements based on seismic resistance, flood threats and others.
