You have two balconies and a terrace with a pool and underneath is a garage for one car, you have street parking in front of your building for a few more cars. It is an absolutely quiet street as only a few other neighbors use it. The area is also very quiet. The house is in good condition, but you can paint a few small areas. They have city sewerage and a water reservoir of 12 m³ and can also be connected to city water for €1800.
There is underfloor heating and an air conditioning system throughout the house. This house has a circulation system with fans, so you won't have mold or other house breathing problems.
