Old big ruin with great sea view and above the town of Bar in Zaljevo. This house is in a good location of Zaljevo with a phenomenal sea view and a large plot. They already have water and electricity there, they can use the old walls to keep this beautiful appearance, or they tear everything down. The good thing is that you can legally build a new house on the same floor plans. They have a big garden with lots of fruit trees and it's all flat.
Our rating: It is a beautiful ruin, the condition is not as bad as the usual ruins. You have the opportunity to build more houses behind the ruins. It is also good that there is already water and electricity. In front of the house you can build a parking lot for many cars. The way to the house is passable.
