This house is located in Zeleni Pojas with a beautiful sea view. This part of Zeleni Pojas is a very quiet area where most of the houses are only used for weekend or holiday use. This house is located in an area with urban sewerage. The two lower floors are in use but should be brought up to date. However, the upper floor has not been completed because the owner is not financially able to do so. The masonry and roof are in good condition, but some renovations are recommended, such as removing old windows, bathrooms, painting etc. Each level of the house is separated by external stairs and can be used separately.
Our Rating: The construction of the house is really good, but you have to research around seventy thousand to have it in perfect condition, with new windows, complete ceramics and some parts painted. The good thing is that there is no water in the house at all. It is completely leak-proof and without bad smell. But one thing is not so good and that is that the road in Zeleni Pojas is in absolutely bad shape. But to this house it is only 60 m with bad road.
