This house with sea views offers a lot of potential, it is built over two floors and the possibility to build a loggia or roof terrace in the attic area which is currently not used but is also connected via an external staircase to enjoy the magnificent views of the sea. Downstairs there is a parking space for 2 cars in front of a courtyard gate. On the first floor there is a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom and there is also a terrace. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with access to the balcony, a living-dining kitchen and a hallway as well as a bathroom. From the next floor which is the attic you can see the sea and from our point of view it would be excellent to use this part of the house as well. In the small garden area there are some fruit trees, and a parking lot canopy made of kiwis. The beach is 3 minutes away by car, 10 minutes on foot, the house is legal and registered in the land registry. The house needs modernization, but can of course be used as it is. The windows are made of aluminum or PWC and not so old, but the house has not been used or inhabited since the beginning of the "pandemic." The house has a cistern on the property.

A house with a lot of potential in a great location and a small plot which nevertheless offers enough space in summer to spend time there. The nearby beach in the bay has a wonderful water color and can be reached quickly on foot and by car.
